Working Together When We Disagree
We aren't going to agree on everything. But we still share communities, make decisions together, and shape the world alongside people who see things very differently than we do. What if, instead of waiting for agreement, we looked for the things we already care about and asked what we might be able to do together?

Understanding Isn't Agreement
Trying to understand why someone believes something we think is wrong can feel uncomfortably close to excusing it. But curiosity doesn't require agreement. We can ask where a belief came from, listen for what's underneath it, and still be honest about where we disagree. Understanding someone doesn't mean changing what we believe. It means making sure we're responding to the person in front of us rather than the version of them we've created in our heads.

You Matter To Me
We may see the world very differently and disagree about things that are important to both of us. But I still want to understand what you believe, what has shaped you, and what you have to offer. I believe we can take our differences seriously without letting them divide us, learn from perspectives different from our own, and find ways to work together to make our world a little better.
